Guinea Bissau has won Group A of the qualification campaign for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
This comes on the heels of a 5-1 victory over Sao Tome and Principe.
Nigeria only managed a 2-1 victory over Sierra Leone at home.

Guinea Bissau has the same three points as Nigeria, but a better goals difference of +4 compared to Nigeria’s +1.
They will go to Sierra Leone next week, while Nigeria will play at home against bottom-placed Sao Tome.
The top two teams from each group will compete in the AFCON next year in Cote d’Ivoire.
