The Kaduna State Police Command has affirmed the killing of a police officer and the kidnapping of the Emir of Bungudu, Zamfara state, Alhaji Hassan Atto as well as an unknown number of individuals on Kaduna – Abuja road.
An assertion by the representative of the police, Mohammad Jalige said the cop, who was among a group despatched to go up against the criminals, was killed.
He added that two others supported shifting levels of wounds and were getting clinical treatment.
