The Foo Fighters have revealed their new musical direction for their next album, shifting from stadium rock legends to a Bee Gees homage band
The band will release an LP featuring four Bee Gees covers as the Dee Gees, a tribute to leader Dave Grohl's
initials.
The Foos will cover the Gibb brothers' 1970s dance songs Night Fever, Tragedy, You Should Be Dancing, and More Than That in Hail Satin.
Their cover of Andy Gibb's Shadow Dancing, which spent seven weeks at number one in the United States in 1978, will also be included on side one of the album.
