Mesut Ozil, a former Arsenal player, has been suspended with immediate effect by Fenerbahce S.K.

Ozil and Turkish star Ozan Tufan were both sanctioned by the Turkish giants.

Fenerbahce made the announcement in a statement on Thursday, according to reports
“Our Football A-Team players Mesut Ozil and Ozan Tufan have been excluded from the squad as per the decision decided,” the statement stated.
