Compensating individuals plays a crucial role in motivating individuals to work harder and increase their productivity.
When people feel recognized and rewarded for their efforts, they are likelier to be engaged and dedicated to their work.
Consequently, this heightened productivity leads to greater output and efficiency in individual and collective endeavors.
Moreover, fair compensation helps reduce income inequality, which has become a growing concern in many societies.
By adopting equitable compensation practices it helps to create a more inclusive and harmonious society.

When individuals are adequately compensated for their work, they have the means to participate actively in the services.
Furthermore, fair compensation attracts and retains talented individuals across different sectors.
When individuals are compensated adequately, they are more likely to stay in their respective fields or pursue careers aligned with their skills and interests.
As individuals receive fair compensation, they are able to meet their basic needs and have the financial stability to invest more in the task they were compensated for.
The recent appointments by the government of Pastor Umo Eno have been appreciated by the appointees and those who see it as a worthy venture.
Although not everyone who worked for the emergence of the governor is captured in the long list of the appointments, it is expected that they be compensated.
However, no one knows if Pastor Eno has any plan to do so for those yet to be compensated .
It must be said that many people are aggrieved for the mere reason that the list of the appointees had been bloated by those who did nothing towards the emergence of Umo Eno.
There is the need for Pastor Eno to identify especially those members of the Uyo Senatorial Media Practioners Forum who were deliberately excluded and compensate  them including others who legitimately should be compensated to avoid creating enmity and for people to have more trust in his government as well as work for him in the future.
The governor should note that those who are not compensated spent time and money to do what they did. A reward system without any delay should be put in place to ensure that no one is left behind
