Recently, there has been a call to the federal government for increased power supply to the state regardless that there is an independent power plant built by the Akwa Ibom State government in Ikot Abasi

Fortunately, the state has gotten a license to generate and distribute electricity. With this. Akwa Ibom, like any region, would greatly benefit from being self-sufficient in terms of power supply. With the ARISE agenda of the present government of Pastor Umo Eno, sufficient power supply is achievable.

Urgent Need for Increased Power Supply in Akwa Ibom
