Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been dealt yet another injury blow ahead of their AFCON qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe on Monday.
Innocent Bonke has been ruled out of the Super Eagles’ AFCON qualification match against Sao Tome and Principe, according reports
Last month, Bonke suffered an injury in Nigeria’s 2-1 international friendly loss to Mexico.
Sani Faisal of Katsina United came on at halftime to replace the Lorient midfielder.\

Bonke flew to France on Saturday for more treatment on his knee, and he will miss Nigeria’s match against Sao Tome at the Stade Adrar Stadium.
Meanwhile, William Troost-Ekong, the vice captain, has been ruled out of the game due to injury.
The Watford defender was injured in Nigeria’s AFCON qualifier 2 1 win against Sierra Leone’s Leone Stars on Thursday.
