Inquiry in French Church abuse shows 216,000 children victimized by clergy

A new investigation in French Church abuse says 216,000 kids – generally young men – have been physically manhandled by clergy in the French Catholic Church since 1950

“These figures are more than stressing, they are cursing, and not the slightest bit can stay without a reaction,” the top of the request, Jean-Marc Sauvé, told journalists.

The report, which is almost 2,500 pages since quite a while ago, said “by far most” of victims were young men, a significant number of them matured somewhere in the range of 10 and 13.
