Cyriel Dessers and Francis Uzoho met their teammates at the camp on Tuesday morning ahead of the friendly match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Portugal.
Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze is now the only player left in the camp.
There are now 22 players available from head coach Jose Peseiro.
The team started preparing for the game on Monday night in Lisbon.

The triple African champion has his second session tonight. The match will be announced on Thursday at the Jose Alvalade stadium in Lisbon. Kick-off is at 7:45 am Nigerian time.
